    Description

    This nicely done Inuit soapstone carving is more likely intended to be a Polar Bear than Grizzly based on the proportions.  I note it "might" be marked by maker, for there are two cross marks on the bottom of two feet (these might have something to do with the making or technique, but they are suspicious...see the photos.  The figure measures about 5" L and 2 3/4" H, no chips, no cracks, no repairs.  Check out my OTHER ITEMS/SELLER STORE.
