    We mostly use USPS for our shipping.  We offer FREE SHIPPING within the USA (unless stated)!  All orders are processed and shipped within (1) business day.  If you purchase an item and your payment clears by 3:30 pm EST, your order will ship same day.  Exceptions are:
    If an item is purchased over a weekend, your package will be shipped the following Monday.
    NOTE:
    When placing an order during the following holidays, you may incur a delay from the normal processing/handling times.  (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).
    Returns & Exchanges:
    If you are not happy or think your item is defective, please message us first before opening a return.  In most cases, we can help you resolve your issue before sending the item back.
